Artifact cleanup

This PR serves as the "cleanup" for the artifact evaluation submission to the ASPLOS '23 AEC.

• Adds a bunch of scripts to automate figure generation
• Updated memory model is included in this change
• Backpressure is added in this change
• Various bug fixes
• Adds stream_overhead to the change

This will fail since something is currently wrong with the GitHub CI.
