00-bashrc.before.sh_ sources a documented, numerically sequential
sequence of bash scripts.
ZSH loads much of the standard Bash configuration and oh-my-zsh.

bootstrap_dotfiles.sh_ -S
installs dotfiles ${__DOTFILES} symlinks.
