Column sorting arrows? #352

Could we have the up/down arrows to highlight this in the headers please? http://ascee-recruit.herokuapp.com/app/recruiter - Contacts Sort column thing again.. little icon please

I'm guessing he also means have it sorted by something by default with an arrow for that column.
