External hyperlinks for contacts #357

On seat, each contact has 5 hyperlinks: eveskillboard.com/pilot/, eve-search.com/author/, evewho.com/pilot/, https://zkillboard.com/character/, and eve-prism.com/?view=character&name=. They are indicated by icons that correspond to each website. These should be added in to the contact table.
