Mail hyperlinks to skills don't make much sense #572

Applicant "Griff Penken", mail subject "TO: Alexis12366 Hope>Skills You Should Train", the mail hyperlinks go to things like "showinfo:3424" which don't make much sense. We might want to either change these to something useful, or remove them altogether.
