Cannot install package using R version = 4.0.3 #25

Hi,

Thank you for providing this package tool to support cancer scRNA-seq analysis. However, I think it has not supported the R version > 4.0?

if(!checkPkg("scCancer")) install_tmp("scCancer", link)

Warning in install.packages :
  package ‘/private/var/folders/l6/2lxkc2wx4_j6w9n9y1ryfh_m0000gn/T/Rtmpz6kPcq/fileeb2260f7f000/scCancer_2.2.0.tar.gz’ is not available for this version of R

Thanks for your use! We have updated the (installation instruction). Please try again. Especially, for R version > 4.0, it is necessary to update the Rtools to 4.0.
