Could you also incorporate doublet detection?

Thanks for your suggestion. Doublet detection is also one of the our updates in next version.

For example, in your tutorial,

The doublet detection would hopefully remove those green cells from the yellow clusters. In this case, I would say they are the artifacts of doublet rather than intermediate cell states.
