Add U+040D and U+045D please! #4

Привет!

The fonts are beautiful! I like them very much and I want to use them in web, 
but for bulgarian we need small and capital Cyrillic I With Grave (U+040D and 
U+045D - Ѝ,ѝ) so can you add them please! I think macedonians will be glad to 
have Cyrillic Ie With Grave (U+0400 and U+0450 - Ѐ,ѐ).

The "automatic" build of the glyphs was added to font-helpers, so next builds 
will have U+040D, U+045D, U+0400, U+0450.

P.S. I thought these glyphs are not widely used in Bulgarian/Macedonian.
