Heuristica is a font, based on the “Adobe Utopia” font that was released to the TeX Users Group under a liberal license. It is distributed under the terms of [SIL Open Font License] (http://scripts.sil.org/OFL).

You need [fontforge] (https://github.com/fontforge/fontforge), [xgridfit] (http://xgridfit.sourceforge.net/) and [font-helpers] (https://github.com/while0pass/font-helpers) in order to build truetype fonts from the sources.
