Wrap long README.md lines #4

This PR makes all README.md lines (except links) fit in 80 Unicode characters limit.

README is written that way on purpose. Unlike code, prose wraps very well if your editor is configured to do so, so there's no reason to do hard wrapping. This means that you can use your preferred 80 columns, and I can use my preferred 120 columns.

I actually prefer hard wrapping as it works the same in all editors and other tools like pagers. But that’s just my personal taste, let’s simply keep it formatted the way you want it.
