Merges 69-fix-search -> master

Closes #69

Summary of changes:

Follower-related endpoints and components (incl. suggestions) use username instead of id to refer to a user
Endpoint to get single user now uses username instead of id
Search query param renamed to 'query'
Search returns results based on both name and username
Suggestions are random if user doesn't have any valid second-hand follows
