We have now managed to produce a working model by adjusting the density by hand. Next step is to automate this process. Work is being done in Will's cloudymodel branch.

First working version of this is now complete. Not only do we put the sonic point at the sound speed maximum, but we also put the ionization front (defined as H ion fraction = 0.5) in the right place. The cloudymodel branch is now merged into trunk.
