Predict thermal infrared emission from models #23

In García-Arredondo et al (2001) we compared the 11 micron emission with simple dust models, both for the proplyd cusp and for the wind-collision arcs. We need to repeat this for the Cloudy models, which should be straightforward since Cloudy will automatically produce the spectrum for us. We would have to do a separate optically thin model for the wind-wind arcs, but this won't be too hard.

Then we can experiment with varying the dust properties to try and fit the observations.

Note that Shuping et al (2006) seem to be ascribing all the 11 micron emission from the proplyd itself to the accretion disk instead of to the photoevaporation flow. We need to check whether they are right or not.

See also Robberto et al (2002), which has a very complete model of the mid-IR emission, by both the disk and the photoevaporation flow.
