OS: win10
Zotero Version: 7.0.0-beta.68+c31a40c74 (64-bit)
Plugin Version:
Translate for Zotero1.1.0-beta.37
Better Notes for Zotero1.1.4-beta.57

Describe the bug

翻译完成后，点击添加笔记会再次重复翻译选中的文字。是不是百度这些api也是这样？由于Chatgpt api的网速满翻译的慢，用gpt会特别明显，肉眼可见地又翻译一次后才将译文注释添加到笔记区。

上面的问题修复了，但是： 在翻译窗口界面，点击“颜色块”添加注释后，也是再次翻译。并且两次翻译的译文不一样，翻译界面并没有按照 “设置-翻译-服务-chatGPT-配置-prompt”的默认设置那样翻译，译文并没有包含“🔤 ”
