MP in create_multiple_scenario_notebooks() not working #154

The multi processing of create_multiple_scenario_notebooks() is not working, the NBs are created one after another regardless of what value is passed for param num_processes.

I tried for 10min or so but could not solve this... I cannot remember it ever worked at my end.
