introduce highlevel storage utilizatio rate
sum over large and small storages of all ags

produces Nans for Battery Storage but not heat storages for the following scenarios: results_scns[scn]['highlevel_results'][('Battery Storage Usage Rate','%')]

Nans are produced in Scenarios without Battery Storage. @gplssm @nesnoj do all of these scenario have no battery storage at all?

yepp! only scenarios which contain "BAT.." have batteries..
