Fitting types for shipFittings #34

Alright first try at this!

I've added the subtype to be passed to the populateItemList, and thus available to the filters. I had to do some boolean logic if there was no subtype available.

also: fixed select/option theming

Interestingly, regular weapons show up in the drone fitting when dragged onto the drone. But not when dragged onto the ship.
