Vehicles: Wrong Weapon Type #43

Vehicles currently expect weapons to be starship weaponry. They should instead accept personal weapons.

hmm wonder if it should be both actually. i think the engines of babylon sourcebook (and likely cwn) have custom weapons for vehicles. the name of the type is bad (mechs, vehicles, and starships all share the same type -- i should have renamed it but not clear what would be a good name.

should be easy to allow it to support both.
