Tasks:

[x] Identify potential candidates for the dev team based on their skills, experience, and availability.
[x] Conduct interviews with the potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and availability.
[x] Select the final dev team members who are best suited for the project and who have agreed to the required time commitment.
[x] Assign specific tasks and responsibilities to each dev team member based on their skills and experience.
[x] Communicate the final dev team to the stakeholders and other relevant parties.
[x] Ensure the dev team members have access to the required project resources and tools.
