Deployment: setting up the Python app on ToolForge #30

We are currently struggling to deploy the refactored Python-App on https://tools.wmflabs.org/mitmachen/ (too much of a lack in Python Webservice skills over here it seems).

Following https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Toolforge/Web#Using_virtualenv_with_webservice_shell is resulting in a 502 Bad Request Error.
