Make tracking information available II

Original request:

• page views: should be stored daily and there should be the possibility to select the time span, for which then the page views will be shown
• interaction parameters: per month aggregated number of users who click on article preview, on the links in the help panel, the direct links to the article
• time span: how long do users stay in the tool: aggregated by duration
• terms entered into the search field: aggregated by term, total numbers

Based on https://tools.wmflabs.org/mitmachen/stats number of page views should be aggregated and time span should be added as well. Please calculate the budget, thank you.
