Remove ClientOnly wrappers and improve middleware #16

This PR removes the <ClientOnly /> wrappers from the vue-clerk components and improves the route middleware. No need to wait for clerk to be loaded before rendering the page. Also installs the vue clerk plugin directly without specifying if it's a client plugin
