#35 Add blog posts #tags #72

This adds the tags to the posts page However, I think this can be done better but not sure how I need to also add the tags to the post [id].tsx page

Can you please add in READMEE.md the set up needed in contentful, i.e adding a tag content type, and linking posts to tags.
