Current: The only indication of user identity is his email being displayed in the index component (In the right hand menu you can a see a user is logged in).
Expected: If a user is logged in a user avatar should be displayed instead of the placeholder icon next to the logout button. The user avatar should be taken from the user's Google account. If the user doesn't have a photo it should display the first letter of his first name capitalized.
