Buttons not working if emojis on description : INVALID_STRING_LENGTH The value of a field is either too short or too long. #893

Describe the Bug

When clicked, the paypals buttons do not proceed to payment. They lead to the error message "INVALID_STRING_LENGTH The value of a field is either too short or too long".

To Reproduce

It hapens only if one of your product description contains an emoji.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem with the PayPal Payments plugin. I was forced to reinstall the old PayPal Checkout plugin for the time being. I hope they will fix the problem. All the best. Yannick
