DateTime for logging embeds #1

Currently, the date time will display the date time of the region in which the bot is being hosted in, this is not ideal, thus, find a way to set the date time to be the date time of the user?

This is likely not possible for each and every user as that information is likely not available, will be closing this until further notice or knowledge of an alternative
