In-exact match on customer abbr #1542

Some bugs related to the customer abbr.

[x] A NMS customer page url contains the customer abbreviation. The abbreviation is used to retrieve the customer id. In some cases that fails if the abbreviation is too in-exact. It is probably caused because finding the customer based on the abbr uses a LIKE instead of a exact match. Will be fixed in BE https://git.ia.surfsara.nl/netdev/automation/projects/orchestrator/-/issues/2174

[x] The abbr. in the url is case sensitive so /ASTRON works but /astron doesn't. We want both of them to work
