chapter numbering in table of content #63

The chapter numbering is not correctly done: all chapters are numbered chapter 1 in the default template (on the left side).

Reproduction details (on MacOs X):

$ bookshop new pokemon $ cd pokemon && bookshop build pdf && open builds/pdf/book.pdf Then look at the table of content.

This appears to be a potential bug in Prince 8.1. We are using the following as our base template for BookShop http://alistapart.com/article/boom. There didn't seem to be a problem rendering the PDF correctly before (as you can see from the example at the link). I'm just waiting to hear back from PrinceXML now.
