Change layer name of "Carbon dioxide emissions from tree cover loss" layer title to "Forest greenhouse gas emissions" #1192

Climate team updated the name for Carbon dioxide emissions from tree cover loss to Forest greenhouse gas emissions

In the legend, the layer title is slightly different and says Forest GHG emissions - 2001-2019
