setup search functionality for feature layers. This is driven from the resource.js file, if the searchField property is used.
setup test feature layer to use for testing, biodiversity hotspots layer
The search widget is under the search tool in the right panel.

@anthonyamaro15 I setup Biodiversity hotspots so you can test you the search functionality. This will need to be removed before we merge.

I'm going to put this on hold until after our meeting with the client on Wed regarding this.
