opensubtitles stopped supporting anonymous login #19

opensubtitles xml-api seemed to stopped accepting anonymous login, which results in integTests failing

Fixed tests in master and 0.2 branch

Removed anonymous login method from the API in master branch (0.3.0 milestone)
