Conda finds solving for Abricate difficult which made getting tests to pass a pain. By default on Ubuntu, it tries to install Abricate 0.8 which has a different output format and crashes flanker. Pinning 1.0.1 takes so long to solve on Ubuntu that GH Actions times out. But definitely working on MacOS and most likely Ubuntu too.
