Missing packages in bionic channel #64

These tools are only available in precise channel. Could it be possible to add them to the bionic channel too?

tophat2 2.0.14 has build errors with newer gcc (> 4.6.4) and building that on Bionic threw up errors (e.g. gmp failing a test) so that I didn't persue it. Newer versions of tophat2 will build.

staden_io_bin 1.14.9 is in the channel. Do we need an older one here? The older release is only there because staden_io_lib was required by another program

For staden_io_bin I may be doing something wrong. A conda search only returns hits for Ubuntu 12. But I have both channels 12 & 18.

$ conda search staden_io_bin

Also my bad. We need standen_io_bin@1.14.9 not 1.14.6... copy/paste mistake I think.
