Issues/update project configuration #34

Fixed project config and unit tests. Removed abandoned maven plugin. Updated PowerAuth to 1.3.4 - the latest version that's compatible.

Update to PowerAuth 1.4.2 will go in a separate pull request, it requires code changes.
