Scraper - Phone detection

Scrape and store the phone number from the company website. There are two parts (in Spain):

• Numbers that start with 9 (916-123-456) -> store it as a regular phone number.
• Numbers that start with 6 (648-123-456) -> store it as a Whatsapp number.
