v0.2.0 changelog (work in progress) #16

Added Laravel application and dependencies in the install script
Updated the nginx config file to fit the Laravel app
Added native Golang and changed subfinder usage from Docker to Golang
Added RVM and Ruby, which makes Aquatone usable without Docker.

https://github.com/x1mdev/ReconPi/commit/d40e36ef482cf6f3601ee0152a1884296ce736f8 lots of changes, almost all of the tools / scripts that are being used are written in Go and run native on the ReconPi.

Also changed the image from the Ubuntu 16.04 ARM version to the Raspbian Stretch Lite image. This reduces the amount of disk space used and also doesn't have a lot of the extra stuff that the Ubuntu pre installed server image brought.
