[Bug] Setting (ListView/CollectionView).GroupHeaderTemplate Label FontSize to 14 renders larger font size on UWP #13405

Description

If you set the FontSize of a label inside ListView.GroupHeaderTemplate to 14, when you deploy the solution the label will be much larger. Seems more like size 18-20. From investigating it looks like other FontSizes are unaffected. 13 and 15 have the expected outcomes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Grouped Listview with GroupHeaderTemplates and ItemTemplates
  2. Set the FontSize of the of the label within GroupHeaderTemplates to 14
  3. Deploy solution and observe that the FontSize is much larger than expected

Expected Behavior

Group Header is expected to be size 14.

Actual Behavior

Group Header seems more like size 18-20.

@KrzDyner that's an odd one :-/

I tested on CollectionView and the same behavior happens
