[Bug] Scrolling in TableView with ViewCells causes some cells to go blank. #13716

Description

When using a TableView with ViewCells containing custom content, scrolling the TableView can cause some ViewCells to appear blank.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run the attached project on an Android device.
  2. Scroll up and down relatively quickly.
  3. See that some cells have gone blank.

Expected Behavior

Scrolling should have no effect on ViewCells in a TableView.

Having the same exact problem.

started having the same issues on released apps tables with settings intent, multiple view cells with different elements Android 9, 10, 11, 12, Pixel 5A, Redmi Note 7/8, Huawei P60 iOS is working fine

Same problem. Scrolling some viewcells out of view and then back, makes the top viewcell content disappear.
