3 years ago I have created an example following the steps to reproduce the issue, but the behavior is not the same as you indicate. I am missing something, could you check the example? Issue13731.zip

Description
When I create an editor in iOS and tap the end of the row, the curser jump around. This isn't 100% reproducible but it is pretty easy to reproduce.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
Tap the word "applicable" and then tap the word "Eagle"
Actual Behavior
The curser jumps between the line below and above the tapped word.
