We've run into a strange issue where in our application if a user selects a TimePicker which resides in its own template, it would also fire the Focused event of its neighboring DatePicker template. For my work code if I scroll such that the elements leave the view port and then scroll back up to them such that they re-enter it then the issue stops occurring. However in this small test project I've made said work around does not work.
Put any date that is not today's date in the Start Date field
Select any time in either the Start Time or End Time
Expected Behavior
Focused event for DateTime should not fire given that it is its own unique template and has its own unique VM
Actual Behavior
Focused event is fired on the DatePicker even though we are not clicking it.

Workaround
Instead of using a ListView, use a CollectionView and set the template to be a StackLayout instead of a ViewCell to avoid runtime errors
