[Bug] It is not possible to add headers to a reqest in FormsWebViewClient #14254

Description

Creating a FormsWebViewClient and implementing the following. The authorization header is not added to the request.

    public override WebResourceResponse ShouldInterceptRequest(WebView view, IWebResourceRequest request)
    {
        if (request.Url.Host.Contains(host))
        {
                var token = BaseContentPage.GetFromCache("authtoken")?.Result;
                request.RequestHeaders.Add("Authorization", "Bearer " + token);
        }

        return base.ShouldInterceptRequest(view, request);
    }

There are solutions around that make it possible to do this with a GET, but this isn't possible with POST as the form data isn't available

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Implement FormsWebViewClient with above method

Expected Behavior

Header added to every GET and POST request

Actual Behavior

No headers added
