[Bug] Translations failling when switching on release #14261

Description

App can not switch between pt and es resx files, if one is selected, the other loads de default

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new project
  2. Add translations
  3. Run on Release
  4. If you dont have the other languages on your phone selected, select any other
  5. Switch to the other that is not the default (If your phone is translated to portuguese or spanish, the other will not work)

After I enabled Fast Deployment, it would work but Fast Deployment must be disabled to publish the app

I have new, deactivating "Build assemblies into native code" let me translate again on me sample, im not sure why, i will try on the other project
