[Bug]Cannot click into input field on website loaded through WebView on UWP without resizing window #14296

Description

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a QnAMaker bot and then a webchat bot
  2. Make a new XAML page with a WebView Control with the webchat bot endpoint with key as the source
  3. Load the page and try to click into the chat bots text input field

Expected Behavior

Should see a cursor appear in the input field

Actual Behavior

Will not allow the mouse to click into the input field at all

You would need to create a QnA bot with a private key and I don't feel comfortable posting that in public. Give me an email and I will send the project to you.

I can email a solution with a QnA not end point. All I need is an email or some way to upload it security
