[Bug] [UWP] ScrollView inside SwipeView prevents swiping #14890

Description

On UWP a SwipeView containing a ScrollView does not display the SwipeItems on swipe.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a XAML page with the following code: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> <ContentPage xmlns="http://xamarin.com/schemas/2014/forms" xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2009/xaml" x:Class="TestApp1.MainPage">

  2. Execute and swipe left

Expected Behavior

SwipeItem "Back" should be displayed.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens

To be honest I don't think it's the best practice to but a ScrollView in a SwipeView you might want to find some other way to do it :)

This is just a minimal example. I'm facing this problem with a dynamic page consisting of n ScrollViews and the whole Page should be able to be swiped back (go back to last page in history).

If that's not possible or wrong: What would be the alternative?

Not sure if that makes it better tbh. Although you can, I still wouldn't suggest putting complete pages in a SwipeView. Alternatives are a bit hard to suggest as I don't know what you're trying to do exactly :) We'll see what we can do here, but I'll be honest: I don't think this will be top-priority.
