[Bug] WebNavigatedEventArgs.Cancel undefined

I'm trying to cancel the navigation in a webview when a tel link is clicked in the Xamarin.forms.webview Navigating event, but the Cancelvariable isn't part of the WebNavigatedEventArgs class.

Expected Behavior

The variable Cancel should be defined and cancel the navigation by setting it to true.

Actual Behavior

The variable Cancel is not part of the WebNavigatedEventArgs class.
