Hi Team,

We are from syncfusion (SfListView) development team, We update the xamarin forms version as 3.1 in our source. After update this version we are facing a strange issue in xamarin forms android platform. While performing fling action to scroll the items which are disappeared in horizontal orientation. We didn't change anything in our source. So, we expect that, this issue related to xamarin side.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the Attached Sample.
2. Perform Flying to scrolling.
3. Note : Watch Items are disappearing in the view.

Expected Behavior

Items are not disappearing in the view.

Actual Behavior

Items are disappearing in the view.

Basic Information

• Version with issue: Above 3.0 (After update the DotNetStandard)
• Last known good version: Below 3.0
• IDE: Visual Studio Professional 2017 version 15.9.9
• Platform Target Frameworks:
  • Android: Above kit-kat verison
• Nuget Packages: Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfListView Version="17.1.0.42" and Xamarin.Forms Version="3.6.0.344457" (Above 3.0 version)
• Affected Devices: All (Above kit kat version)

I'm able to run this code on master and fling back and forth. There is a delay to load the images but other than that it seems to work. From Kyle to Xavier. Could you describe a bit more what your actual and expected behavior are?

If you set Orientation in vertical , perform the fling action there is no delay to load the images. But in the Horizontal orientation only have this problem. I need a below behavior. While perform fling action items are scrolled without any delay (items are not disappearing in the view) in the performance (like as vertical orientation)

Note : If you need more information let as know immediately. We need to fix this issue as soon as possible

Huh. Am I holding it wrong? Looks good in the horizontal on master... Do you see something different? I see a slight delay but it's not jarring to my experience.. Is this not acceptable?

Yes, I am also seeing the delay of scrolling performance. I didn't need this delay. In meantime check the same behavior status in the vertical orientation. There is no delay of loading the images in the scrolling. I need a same behavior in the horizontal scrolling.

Note : Run this sample with the MotoG4 device(OS version as 6.0 ) or Lenovo (OS version as 6.0) , The horizontal scrolling is behave worst in fling to scrolling action , Can you give me any workaround for this cases.
