Feature: Global search #418

The standard web UI supports a global search for several database items. It would be good to support the same from the Remote App.

Here we go. I am not really satisfied with the implementation itself, but it basically works. "Global Search" will load all Movies, TVShows, Music Videos, Artists (as configured in Kodi), Albums and Songs. Then a search can be applied (the screen shots show a search for "an") and items can be selected further. Pretty useful feature in my opinion.
