HTTP 431 request header fields too large #604

I've done a fesh install of 8.3 and when trying to check out the new XO Lite, I'm greeted with HTTP 431 request header fields too large

Nevermind, I figured this one out just after posting it. The issue was the IP address was reused from something else that had some session/cookie data saved in the browser. clearing all of that lets me see the new XO Lite stuff image
