Note: as a test case IndyCar Series 2005 has an uncapped frame rate.
I play 1 hour in jet set future and have 58-59 FPS in 3x native on Vega 64. Have only drop to 55 on 1 second, if use boost.
Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate.
Slow downs occur when there is water nearby. One of the level with rain(The Burai Zenin) runs in slow motion(half frame rate, probably lower).
With regards to Capcom Fighting Jam, the performance issue seems to be linked in some way to character animation. In training mode with both players as Hauzer, the biggest character in the game, idle on Training Zone, performance hovers around 12 FPS (!). With both players as Ingrid, a much smaller character, performance is significantly better at around 45 FPS. However, with both players crouching and not animating, performance rockets back up to a fixed 60 FPS. The same effect can be achieved by pausing. Internal resolution has no effect on the issue.
Minor thing: Crash Bandicoot 4: Sakuretsu! Majin Power is just the Japanese release of Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, so it's redundant and can be removed from the list
Could it be possible to add Project Gotham Racing 2 to this list? My machine's configuration (as well as the one I was using with it) should be more than sufficient for it, but it seems to have really bad slowdown during gameplay.

As I playing Shin Megami Tensei NINE, I found 2 troubles.
It could be some better setting…?
Gladius is one that runs pretty much full speed at constant tested with 3 different sets of hardware, 4790k & GTX 750Ti -60fps up to 3x, ryzen 1700 & 1070-60fps up to 8x, i5 6700k & 1080 60fps- up to 8x. There is a slight slowdown in the recruiting office 4 35-50fps but doesn't effect the game at all
Magatama has slowdowns when upscaled.
Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate continues to have slowdown, more or less so in other stages (the training stage is mostly or completely unaffected, the "machine stage" (don't know the name) with a green center zone is cut down by as low as ~30fps).
The recent version of Xemu with Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate is technically getting some huge FPS drops (from 60 to 15-20 FPS) on stages with heavy water effects as it is seen in Africa's safari stage and other stages with water animation. The rest of the stages looks performing well, though. If there is a fix for this or currently in progress, please let me know.

i have been running into the same issues anyfix yet?

Currently, there is no fix yet. I am trying to address this concern in the Title Issue category so to be specified and devs can see this concern immediately. Even in mid-end graphics card which should be fine running an Xbox title given you have meet the standard requirements of the emulator. I also want to include that the shiny floor dojo-like stage in Dead or Alive 3 also project the same problem. Apart from it, the game runs fine without any glitches.
just tried medal of honor frontline ntsc on latest build, still unplayable. 60fps when looking at sky or ground. 5-14fps in d-day intro when looking directly forwards towards beach.
i7 8700k rx 6600 xt
Both Project Gotham Racing games, Forza Motorsport, Midnight Club 2 and 3 should be on this list
Add Silent Scope complete to the list. The framerate was abysmal. I'm still pleased with this emulator, oh and Ultra Bust A Move too
NBA Inside Drive 2002 runs well, but after some time it just crashes silently. On some occasions, it gives off a disk ejected warning right before the crash occurs. Upsetting since it's literally the only game I wanted to play due to it being an xbox exclusive.
Air Force Delta Storm has a problem on the Deck. Half of the screen is missing unless someone knows a fix?
I would add burnout 3: takedown also as it acts the same as burnout revenge which is in this list. Revenge and takedown are just very resource intensive and requires pretty much top of line hardware to get anywhere stable fps. Menus are just slow and choppy compared to in-game which even then kinda struggles.
Bloody Roar - Extreme (USA) still has performance issues in game as of 0.7.85. The performance goes down in every match I've tested.
I'm not seeing any performance issues with Cel Damage. Is there a certain scenario where performance issues are present? Maybe the issue with that game has been resolved...
Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate still has performance issues in pretty much every fight. It doesn't look like there are issues with the graphics, however. Increasing the internal resolution has no affect on the performance, so there's something else going on here.
The game runs at 60fps when paused however.
As others have mentioned: Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate (haven't tried the first) is dropping frames hard during certain effects. This can be replicated in "Survival" mode by hitting the opponent into the Danger Zone of the stage and the explosion effect going off tanks the frame-rate. (This is on Windows with a Nvidia GPU)
On the Steam Deck (Linux/"Steam Arch"), the emulator will load the .iso file, show the warning screen and then slowly load the opening cut-scene... with no cut-scene display beyond the subtitles. I'm assuming this is a codec issue, as with non-emulated Windows applications/games on Linux (Deck and Otherwise), but I'm not 100% sure. I can't test the performance there for this, but it's something to keep in mind (the deck uses an AMD iGPU, so different in case of testing performance in the future).
saw someone mention metal dungeon having poor performance in discord, checking it can confirm that at the start of every battle the frame rate drops to single digits with extremely high MSPF usage. the same thing happens on entering or exiting a floor in the dungeon. after you leave the first room of every floor, or 5-30 seconds into the start of the battle, and frame rate jumps back up.
Sudeki has the similar performance problems as Conker: Live & Reloaded when you have the upscale option set to 10x during gameplay. It'll have a huge decrease in framerate. Cutscenes and audio stutters badly as well.
Half Life 2 has major performance issues. It's on the verge of "playable" https:///safe.fleepy.tv/files/xemu_LI5JnptVyx.mp4
Hello, this is my very first time reporting something on github, but I was able to get Phantasy Star Online ep. I & II working pretty flawlessly so far on the steamdeck using Insignia. The game barely runs on xemu on windows, but on Linux, seems to be very promising

Xemu does seem to run much better on Linux than Windows. Tested it booting from a USB drive one time and i think it picked up around 10-15fps in Mercenaries. Haven't tested that since upgrading the PC though.
Still experiencing some pretty bad slowdown playing Burnout Revenge. I have a GTX 1060 6GB with 16 GB of RAM so it should be running fine but it's a bit sluggish. Definitely playable but not ideal.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2X has very high CPU usage even at 1x resolution scale. (CPU is i7-11700k). It sometimes occasionally crashes on startup with this assertion failed.
Something very interesting I just found out. Phantasy star online is on this list and has always had performance issues, at least as far as I can remember going back around 2 years. On my 3050 ti + 11800h laptop it runs poorly (even in 1x) ywhere from 20-40 fps which is unplayable considering this game needs to run at 60 fps to play at full speed and not run in slow-motion.
My GPD Win 4 on the other hand which is using a 7840u chipset with a 780m gpu runs the game at 55-60 fps even at 2x resolution. This handheld is easily half the performance of my Nvidia/Intel laptop and both are running windows 11.
This has almost never been my experience but somehow the emulator/this game runs way better on amd.
My Laptop Also Has Perfomance Issue With Every Game On This Emulator That I Even Tested In This Version Has Never Been Almost My Experience But I Tell You Why Use AMD Insted Of NVIDIA
yeah, all games are needed to run at full speed

Metal Slug 4: Several backgrounds are not displayed.
I was able to play through Half-Life 2 without any issues. There were moment where the in-game frame rate dropped very low but as far as I can tell, this is accurate and the emulation still ran at full speed.
Tested on: i5 13500; RTX 4060; 16 GB RAM
Mashed: Drive to Survive needs to be removed, as I have tested this game as per the current compatibility report, and experienced no performance issues.

Removed. Unfortunately the website generator doesn't recognize checked checkboxes as 'no longer affected', so we need to just remove the link to get it to disappear on the compatibility page.
David Beckham Soccer can be removed from this list: no performance issues.

Championship Manager 5 has been tested and can be removed from this list.
Red Dead Revolver also suffers from this problem (mainly in the start menu where the game doesn't go over 15fps at 1x)
Iron Phoenix,:in the map "buddha's cave",When the number of BOTs reaches 16, frame drops often occur, and it's very difficult to stabilize the frame rate at 60
Minor Stuttering in Midtown Madness 3, probably known already but the game hasn't been reported with problems in a while
Add The Urbz: Sims In The City to this. The game tends to run around 80% of its console equivalent (from testing in Diamond Heights & Kicktail Park). And add Burnout 3: Takedown to this list, as it's very laggy. #1266
Also, all The Sims games have performance issues during their FMV. Refer to #1744 for details.
