Hi,

Is outcrossseq compatible with GBS data? We have a vcf file generated from GBS data, can we apply outcrossseq to it? If so, what parameters we need to change for each script? Thank you very much.

Hi, The effect should not be very good for GBS data. Mentioned in our article，the marked areas of GBS are concentrated and the number is much smaller
